Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Marketing

• Conduct outbound calling for lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding
• Coordinate with sales/admin teams to convert leads into customers
• Maintain call records, lead status, and conversion reports

Admin & Team Coordination

• Manage and coordinate with multiple admins (social media, content, design, operations)
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution
• Act as a bridge between management and execution teams

Digital Advertising & Monetization

• Implement and manage Google AdSense (setup, policy compliance, optimization)
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, ROI, and revenue metrics

SEO & Website Performance

• Perform on-page and basic technical SEO
• Keyword research, meta optimization, and content coordination
• Monitor website traffic, ranking improvements, and user behavior

Analytics & Reporting

• Implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
• Track traffic sources, user journeys, conversions, and funnel performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Social Media Management

• Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan content calendars and growth strategies
• Coordinate with designers and content creators
• Run and optimize social media ad campaigns

Strategy & Growth

• Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels
• Analyze competitors and market trends
• Suggest improvements for branding, reach, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Google AdSense, Google Ads & Analytics
• Understanding of SEO & social media algorithms
• Experience in calling-based marketing / tele-marketing coordination
• Good communication and team-management skills
• Data-driven mindset with reporting experience

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in logistics / services / tech industry
• Basic understanding of CRM tools
• Knowledge of email & WhatsApp marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
