Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to handle both digital marketing initiatives and tele-marketing outreach. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and online product listings.
• Develop engaging content for emailers, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaign results.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and lead conversion.
• Upgrade and revamp the existing company website for better aesthetics, navigation, and user experience.
• Edit and update website content, product pages, images, banners, and brochures.
• Coordinate basic web development tasks (WordPress / HTML / CMS-based editing).

Tele-Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Conduct outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to introduce products and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing product demos, webinars, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support territory-specific marketing efforts.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and campaign responses to drive conversions.
