Digital Marketing Executive

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and drive growth. You will be responsible for maintaining our website's health, optimizing it for search engines, and managing high-ROI Google Ads campaigns to increase leads and brand visibility.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Google Promotion & Ads:
• Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Shopping).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize bids and ad copy.
• Perform regular A/B testing on headlines and landing pages to improve Quality Score and ROI.
• Website Management:
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Ensure website technical health, including mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds.
• Implement On-page and Technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key metrics (CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for growth.

3. Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO (Internships count).
• Certifications: Google Ads Certification (Search/Display) is highly preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency in SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Technical: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web hosting is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
