About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You should have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs (leads, website traffic, engagement, ROAS).
• Manage A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.

2. Social Media Management

• Create monthly content calendars for various platforms.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and video content.
• Track page engagement, follower growth, and insights.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO checks.
• Coordinate with developers for website updates and landing page improvements.
• Track site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

4. Content & Copywriting

• Write compelling ad copies, captions, emailers, and blog content.
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all channels.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
• Analyse trends and insights to improve digital strategy.
• Present insights and recommendations to management/clients.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Hands-on experience in SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rate).
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta) will be an added advantage.
