Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, trends, and content creation. You’ll help manage our online presence, engage with our audience, involvement in sales and support in developing strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Research current social media trends and create ideas that align with the brand’s image.
• Support in managing influencer collaborations and online campaigns.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, product videos, and customer engagement clips.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries on social media.
• Assist the marketing team in brainstorming new content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Deal with online and Walk-in Sales

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Cap Cut, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field
• Deal online and walk-in Inquiries.
