Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives for The Fashion Secrets brand. The candidate must have strong content editing skills and be capable of managing digital campaigns, social media, and online branding with a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Manage social media content creation, editing, and posting schedules to maintain brand consistency
• Oversee photo and video editing, reels creation, and campaign visuals for online promotions
• Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Manage influencer collaborations, brand tie-ups, and online promotions
• Ensure all digital content meets editing and quality standards before publishing
• Coordinate with the design, sales, and product teams for marketing alignment
• Handle website and marketplace listings (Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.) and maintain brand visibility
• Keep up with digital trends, tools, and viral marketing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Excellent content editing and proofreading skills (photo, video, and text) — Editing is compulsory
• Strong command of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager
• Excellent communication, time management, and creative storytelling skills
