Digital Marketing Head / Manager

Spunge is a dynamic and growth-focused company, and we are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Head/Manager to lead our complete digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, strategic, and capable of managing end-to-end digital operations independently.

Role Overview As the Digital Marketing Head/Manager at Spunge, you will be responsible for handling everything from social media and websites to digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and brand visibility. You will lead the digital presence of Spunge across all platforms with full ownership and accountability.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management Manage and execute content strategies across all social media platforms
  • Plan posts, reels, campaigns, and handle community engagement
  • Coordinate with design teams for creatives and video content
  • 2. Website & Technical Management Manage the WordPress backend, plugins, themes, and updates
  • Oversee hosting platforms (Hostinger) and cPanel management
  • Ensure website security, backups, speed optimization, and SEO health
  • 3. Digital Advertising (Meta & Google)Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Handle Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube
  • Track KPIs, conversions, ROAS, and prepare performance reports
  • 4. Google My Business Maintain and optimize Spunge’s GMB profile
  • Manage reviews, local SEO, posts, and insights
  • 5. Creative Direction Define creative requirements for all campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers OR create basic creatives when needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital assets
  • 6. Influencers & Collaborations Identify and onboard influencers relevant to the brand
  • Manage collaborations, deliverables, and performance tracking
  • Build partnerships with brands, vendors, and agencies
  • 7. Strategy & Analytics Develop Spunge’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Track metrics, analyze data, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Suggest optimizations for better traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • 8. Additional Responsibilities Execute email marketing campaigns
  • Support SEO (on-page/off-page) initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate internally for all marketing requirements
  • Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing (manager/head level preferred)
  • Strong hands-on skills in WordPress, cPanel/ Hostinger, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Management
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus
