We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing team, plan and execute high-performing campaigns, and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and performance delivery.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
• Create and manage content calendars for multiple clients across industries.
• Develop and implement 360° digital strategies — from concept to execution.
• Oversee social media management and ensure consistent brand presence.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Handle client communication and coordination to understand goals and deliver solutions.
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing management with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts and marketing budgets.
• Ability to create strategies and ensure successful implementation within deadlines.
