About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy individual who can assist the founder in managing social media, learning new-age tools, and growing our digital presence. You’ll directly work with the business owner and get hands-on exposure to business + digital strategy. This role is ideal for someone who wants to eventually take full ownership and grow into a Digital Media Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Broadcasts

Create and post reels, stories, carousels, and content ideas

Engage with followers (reply to DMs/comments)

Research new trends, tools, and AI tech to keep the founder updated

Help with website listings, Shopify (if needed), and digital campaigns

Coordinate with freelancers/designers/editors when required

Must-Have Skills:

Canva or Figma for basic graphic design

Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn trends

Smart communication in Hindi + English

Tech curiosity (loves exploring new apps and tools)

Responsible, consistent, and hungry to learn

Good to Have (Bonus):

Shopify, Glide, HTML, or No-code tool experience

Video editing (basic reels or CapCut/InShot)

Knowledge of email marketing or automation tools
