Digital Marketing Manager

Flame India is a leading manufacturer of Temperature Sensor, Pressure Sensor, and allied item since last 2005.

We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager whose responsibilities will be as follows :~

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Conduct SEO analysis and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Create and distribute content (e.g., blog posts, articles, infographics) to attract and engage customers.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Varies from 0-6+ years, depending on the role. Internships are also common.
• Skills:
• Marketing: Digital marketing principles, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
• Tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
• Software: Familiarity with design tools like Canva can be a plus.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical skills, creativity, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.
• Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not always mandatory.
