We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate must be confident in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns with clear ROI focus.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display & YouTube)

Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing

Track performance using Google Analytics & Ads Manager

Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROAS

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

Manage budgets and reduce CPL / CPA

✅ Required Skills

2–3 years practical experience in Paid Advertising

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Experience with Search, Display & YouTube Ads

Clear understanding of funnels, pixels, conversion tracking

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
