Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Ads Expert & Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign experience, and a performance-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

Develop performance-focused ad strategies for lead generation, sales, brand awareness, and remarketing

Set up and optimize conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)

Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages

Monitor daily ad performance, optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and scaling strategies

Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels

Manage multiple client accounts and budgets efficiently

Coordinate with the creative & content team for ad copies, banners, and videos

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans

Stay updated with the latest platform policies, algorithm changes, and ad trends

Handle lead quality analysis and optimize campaigns accordingly

Support clients with campaign insights and performance explanations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels

Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and local business ads

Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions

Good understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and copy angles

Budget management and scaling experience

Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with Performance Max & YouTube Ads

Knowledge of landing page CRO

Experience handling high-budget campaigns

Basic knowledge of SEO & marketing automation tools
