Hiring for Telecaller – Domestic Sales (Outbound/Inbound)

📝 Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO Sales Experience

💼 Process: Sales (Blended – Inbound & Outbound)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 (Fixed In-hand)

·        Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Sales (mandatory)

·        Strong communication and convincing skills

·        Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

·        Good Comms Skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

·        Comfortable working in a blended process

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

·        Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales (Travel / Insurance / Hotel Reservations / Lead Generations)

·        Convert leads into bookings by understanding customer requirements

·        Promote travel packages, deals, and offers

·        Provide accurate information regarding destinations, pricing, and services

·        Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

·        Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business
