Key Responsibilities

• Call customers regarding outstanding dues / EMIs
• Explain payment details, due dates, and penalties
• Follow up regularly until payment is made
• Maintain records of calls and payment status
• Handle customer queries and objections calmly
• Coordinate with the collections or finance team

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Convincing and negotiation ability
• Patience and professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and targets

Eligibility (Typical)

• 10th / 12th pass or above
• Freshers or experienced both can apply
• Experience in collections / tele calling is an advantage
