We are looking for a skilled DTF Printer Operator to join our production team. As a DTF Printer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating the Direct-to-Film printer, ensuring high-quality printing on various textiles and surfaces. You will work closely with the production and design teams to meet client and production demands in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set-Up and Operation: Operate the DTF printer to produce high-quality prints on garments and textiles, ensuring accurate color reproduction and image clarity.
• File Management: Receive and manage print files, preparing them for production by checking resolution, color profiles, and overall quality.
• Material Loading: Load appropriate printing materials (films, inks, etc.) into the machine, ensuring proper settings for each print job.
• Color Matching: Adjust and ensure accurate color matching based on client specifications and design files.
• Printer Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the DTF printer to ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting any minor issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished prints for defects, ensuring color consistency, correct placement, and high-quality output.
• Inventory Management: Monitor ink levels, films, and other supplies, ensuring that necessary stock is available for continuous operation.
• Collaboration: Work with the design and production teams to ensure that all print jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Reporting: Document print runs, machine performance, and report any issues or downtime to the Production Manager.
