E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end online marketplace operations, including product listings, catalogue management, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. The role requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and experience with fashion e-commerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, and other B2B/B2C portals
• Handle product onboarding, catalog creation, and listing uploads
• Ensure correct style codes, SKUs, size sets, color mapping, and pricing

Catalog & Content Management

• Coordinate product images, descriptions, attributes, and size charts
• Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines (category norms, image rules, title format, etc.)
• Maintain accuracy in fabric details, embroidery/work type, wash care, and fit information

Order & Inventory Management

• OMonitor live styles, stock availability, and inward status
• Coordinate with warehouse/factory for dispatch, inward, and RTV issues
• Track order flow, cancellations, returns, and replacement cases

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (sales, inward, live styles, pending issues)
• Track style-wise performance, missing styles, and discrepancies
• Maintain Excel trackers for POs, inward, payments, and catalogue status

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with marketplace KAMs and internal teams (design, production, accounts)
• Escalate and resolve platform-related issues professionally
• Ensure smooth communication for urgent inward or live-status problems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Fashion / Commerce preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (fashion industry preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation basics)
• Familiarity with apparel terminology, SKUs, size ratios, and catalog workflows
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Ability to handle pressure during peak seasons and launches
