E-Commerce Executive

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day online order operations and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily checking and printing of orders from online platforms (website / marketplaces)
• Order tracking and regular follow-up to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintaining and updating order details in Google Sheets (order number, customer name, product, status, etc.)
• Entry of sales and orders in Tally for proper accounting records
• Packing of orders neatly and correctly as per order details
• Maintaining daily dispatch and order tracking sheet
• Coordinating with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues
• Ensuring all orders are processed without errors or delays

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and Tally
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle routine operational work responsibly
