Role Overview

The E commerce Executive will manage and grow the company’s online sales through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on product listings, optimization, ads, inventory handling, performance analysis, and brand reputation and handling sales calls also.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Account Management
• Handle seller dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, and other portals.
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing).
• Ensure category mapping, catalog accuracy, and SEO ranking improvement.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and payments.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and stock availability.
• Handle sales calls with clients
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
• Plan and execute marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, Deals, Coupons).
• Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
