E-commerce Executive Cum Office Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive cum Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, and brand storytelling, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be fluent in English / Hindi (both spoken and written), fluent in computer and capable of handling a variety of tasks with efficiency to support day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in English and Hindi with clients
• Tender Search and Tender Preparation
• Quotation Preparation
• Regular communication with clients through Email and WhatsApp
• Follow up and communicate with leads on Indiamart, Justdial and from other sources
• Product Listing, Advertisement & Promotions, Order Processing
• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc).
• Support basic accounting and record-keeping tasks (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferably science / commerce)
• Proficiency in computer application - both online and MS Office (Word, Excel) and email drafting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi (verbal)
• Familiarity with handling tenders on online government portals preferred
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends is a plus
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Notion) is a plus
• Ability to create content and knowledge of editing softwares like Canva
• Experience with e-commerce sites like Indiamart, Justdial preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage
• 1+ years of experience is a must. No Freshers.
