E-Commerce Manager

An E-commerce Specialist manages and optimizes a company's online sales channels by developing strategies to increase revenue, managing online storefronts, analyzing sales data, and improving customer experience. Key responsibilities include implementing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing product listings, managing inventory and order fulfillment, and using data analytics to drive decisions. 

Key responsibilities

•  Maintain and update the e-commerce website, manage product listings, and ensure content is accurate and engaging. 
• Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and sales. 
•  Monitor sales trends, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators to maximize sales and conversions. 
•  Oversee daily operations, which may include inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. 
•  Improve the customer journey, manage customer relationships, and ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience. 
• Essential skills Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and website management. 
•  Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. 
• Ability to read, interpret, and use data to make informed decisions. 
• Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes. 
•  Skills in writing and editing product content. 
• Ability to work with other teams to ensure cohesive strategies
