E-Commerce Operations & Social Media Executive

Job OverviewWe are hiring an E-Commerce Operations & Social Media Executive who can handle marketplace listing & operations, coordinate inventory, manage basic social media posting, and run Meta + Google Ads campaigns. The candidate should have practical experience working with Indian e-commerce platforms and must be comfortable with stock control and order flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

●      Experience with Indian marketplaces: Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho

●      Strong understanding of: product cataloging, variations, pricing, keywords, order flow

●      Knowledge of: Google Ads + Meta Ads campaign creation

●      Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets

●      Ability to handle day-to-day operations independently

Basic communication skills for customer replies

Key Responsibilities1) Marketplace Listing & E-commerce Operations●      Create, upload and manage product listings on platforms like:

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other marketplaces

●      Update product details:

Title, description, images, size/variation, price, offers, keywords

●      Manage day-to-day operations:

order processing, returns, cancellations, shipping coordination

●      Coordinate with stock/warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory

●      Ensure product listing accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies

●      Work on product visibility improvement using SEO keywords & catalog optimization

2) Social Media Handling●      Manage Instagram & Facebook business accounts

●      Upload posts / reels / stories (content will be provided)

●      Write basic captions + hashtag usage as required

●      Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries

●      Coordinate with team for weekly posting schedule

3) Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)●      Create and run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns

●      Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search / Display / Shopping if required)

●      Basic targeting setup:interest targeting, retargeting, location, audience creation

●      Monitor ad performance and optimize:CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions

●      Prepare basic weekly performance reports
