Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (without major MTI)
• Strong customer orientation skills
• Comfortable working 10 hours per day (9 hours working + 1-hour break)
• 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs
