Position: E-Commerce Listing Executive (Ajio / Flipkart / Myntra & Other Marketplaces)

Location: Jessore Road, Kolkata (On-site, Full-time)

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Specialist who can handle product listings, catalog management, and day-to-day operations on Ajio, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces for our kidswear & apparel brands.

2️⃣ Key Responsibilities

Create & manage product listings on Ajio, Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, etc.

• Upload images, titles, bullet points, descriptions, size charts, keywords correctly.
• Ensure price, GST, category, brand, HSN, EAN/barcode are mapped properly.
• Regularly check live listings, errors, QC rejections, suppressions, and fix issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for inventory & stock updates.
• Track orders, returns, cancellations, claims and share reports with management.
• Maintain Excel sheets / Google Sheets for listing status & tracking.
• Raise and follow up tickets with marketplace support (Ajio/Myntra/Flipkart etc.) when required.
• Support in campaigns, deals, promotions, and event sales (Big Billion, EORS, etc.).
• Keep an eye on competition listings, pricing & best practices.

3️⃣ Candidate RequirementsExperience with any e-commerce marketplace (Ajio / Flipkart / Myntra / Amazon / FirstCry etc.) preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Excel (Vlookup / filters / basic formulas).
• Understanding of listing, catalog, inventory & order flow.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working with numbers & data.
• Kidswear / fashion / apparel background will be an added advantage.
