🎯 Position Overview

The Equity Dealer will be responsible for executing equity and derivatives trades on behalf of clients while ensuring high levels of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and supporting the firm’s trading operations.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Execute client orders in equity and derivatives segments promptly and accurately.

Monitor market movements, track stock performance, and identify trading opportunities.

Maintain updated records of client portfolios and daily transactions.

Provide clients with timely research reports, market news, and investment recommendations.

Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal policies.

Assist in client acquisition and retention by offering personalized support.

Coordinate with the research and advisory teams for better portfolio performance.

Handle trade discrepancies, client queries, and trading platform issues efficiently.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Certification:

NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives (Mandatory).

Experience:

0–2 years in trading, broking, or financial services (freshers with certification may apply).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, trading terminals, and back-office software.

Understanding of stock market operations, settlement, and compliance procedures.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication (English & Hindi).

Analytical mindset and quick decision-making ability.

Accuracy, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure.
