Job Title: Center Head / Preschool Coordinator

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced female candidate to join our preschool as a Center Head / Preschool Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, energetic, and passionate about working in a child-friendly environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day functioning of the preschool, supporting admissions, coordinating with teachers and parents, and ensuring smooth academic and administrative operations. She should be confident in handling parent communication, guiding enquiries into admissions, and creating a positive experience for children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the school brand through effective marketing activities in coordination with management
• Handle enquiries, counsel parents, and support the admission process
• Ensure strong parent communication and relationship management
• Coordinate with teachers for curriculum planning and academic activities
• Oversee daycare quality and support activity planning with the supervisor
• Manage administration including accounts, inventory, and infrastructure
• Plan festivals, events, and special day celebrations
• Handle Instagram and WhatsApp updates with regular reels, posts, and status updates
• Manage staff leave planning and shift scheduling
• Step in as a Backup Teacher and Center Head whenever required
• Review past enquiry trends and implement ideas to improve admissions and school strength

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of work experience required
• Experience in preschool, school administration, admissions, or academic coordination will be preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and parent-handling skills are essential
