📌 Job Details: Event Management Executive

Position: Event Management Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)

Location: BBD Bag (near Murgihata)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the same profile (Event Management)

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Bengali, Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet usage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with vendors/clients
• Work Schedule:6 working days (Monday to Saturday)
• 1 weekly off (between Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing events across Kolkata
• Managing client requirements and ensuring smooth event operations
• Handling logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision
• Maintaining event documentation and reports
