Executive Chef

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations to lead kitchen execution, standardization, and food quality across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations across outlets

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

Implement and maintain SOPs for food preparation

Monitor food safety, hygiene, and wastage control

Lead kitchen team training and skill development

Maintain inventory control and reduce pilferage

Plan menu execution as per brand standards

Ensure high speed of service without compromising quality

Coordinate with Ops team for smooth outlet functioning

Control food cost and improve kitchen efficiency

Handle vendor coordination for raw material quality

Ensure compliance with company and food safety guidelines

Drive productivity and discipline within kitchen staff
