Job Description
- We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Export Documentation Expert to lead our international shipping compliance and documentation department. You will be responsible for ensuring that all global shipments are backed by accurate legal paperwork,Expertly handle Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring strict compliance to avoid bank discrepancies. Manage Bank Realization Certificates (BRC).Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), and Shipping Lines for Bill of Lading (B/L) drafts and vessel tracking.and government portals (e.g., ICEGATE, E-Sanchit, or ACE) for filing shipping bills and document uploads.
- We are exporting food items and agriculture items (Green chilli, potatoes, onion etc).
- GST compliance.
