Job Description – Facility Executive (Technical)

Designation: Facility Executive (Tech)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 4 – 8 Years (Facility Management / Technical Operations)

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 NTH + PF + Other Facilities

(Salary will be based on interview performance and current CTC)

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain electrical systems including Transformer, DG, UPS, and power distribution.
• Manage HVAC systems such as Split AC, Ductable, AHU, Package AC, VRF/DX/PAC units.
• Oversee firefighting and life safety systems including fire alarm, PA system, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
• Implement and track PPM schedules and ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC and repair works.
• Handle floor and facility operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage work permits, NRGP & RGP gate pass documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to SOPs and statutory norms.
• Support facility operations in rotational shifts.
