Job Summary

As a Factory Helper, you will assist in the smooth functioning of the production line, support the manufacturing team, maintain cleanliness, and ensure basic quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of sweets as per instructions.
• Carry raw materials to production stations and assist with basic processing tasks.
• Operate simple equipment under supervision (mixers, cutters, etc.).
• Pack and label finished products according to company standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Help in loading/unloading materials and finished goods.
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 8th pass (More education is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience: Prior experience in factory work or food production preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to stand, lift, and move for long periods.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene is a benefit.
• Good punctuality and attendance.
