Factory Supervisor

Job Location will be Raiganj

1-Operate and maintain concrete batching equipment to produce ready-mix concrete in compliance with project specifications, quality control standards, and industry best practices

2-Oversee the accurate loading, mixing, and delivery of raw materials (cement, aggregates, additives, etc.) into the batching plant. Ensure the materials meet required quality standards.

3-Monitor concrete production processes to ensure the mix meets design specifications. Perform quality checks on delivered batches, including slump tests and strength tests.

4-Coordinate with drivers and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete to construction sites.

5-Maintain accurate production logs, material inventory records, delivery schedules, and quality control data.

6-Interact with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction with product quality and delivery timelines.
