Factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and control the storage, movement, and dispatch of steel and metal products. The candidate will ensure proper inventory handling, safety compliance, and smooth warehouse operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse operations (inward & outward materials)
• Manage storage of steel items like rods, sheets, coils, pipes, etc.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Coordinate loading/unloading of materials with labor and drivers
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and space utilization
• Monitor material damage, wastage, and loss prevention
• Maintain safety standards inside warehouse
• Work closely with production and purchase teams
• Handle dispatch planning and timely delivery
• Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Requirements (Eligibility Criteria):Education: Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Diploma preferred)
• Experience: 2–4 years in warehouse handling (steel/metal industry preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling
• Ability to manage labor and coordinate operations
• Familiar with loading equipment (crane, forklift – optional)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / stock entry)
