Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and committed Full-Time Faculty for our tuition centre capable of teaching Commerce, Management subjects, and Competitive Examination courses through both online and offline modes. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage students using modern digital teaching tools.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Academic Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality classroom and online lectures for BBA, MBA, B.Com, Class 11 & 12 Commerce, and competitive exam aspirants.
• Teach core subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Management Concepts (as applicable).
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, presentations, and practice materials aligned with syllabus requirements.
• Conduct regular tests, mock exams, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Mentor and guide students for academic excellence and competitive exam success.
• Online Teaching Responsibilities: Conduct live online classes using platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Use OneNote or any digital whiteboard software effectively for interactive teaching.
• Handle screen sharing, digital annotations, presentations, and problem-solving sessions smoothly.
• Record lectures when required and assist in content creation for online courses.
• Technical & Digital Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for live streaming and class recording.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth online session delivery.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit hybrid (online + offline) learning environments.
• Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities:
• Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
• Support institutional activities such as seminars, workshops, mock tests, and admission counseling (if required).
• Uphold the institution’s academic standards and professional ethics.

• Ability to engage, motivate, and manage students from diverse academic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in online teaching tools and educational technology.
• Comfortable with hybrid teaching models.
• Strong problem-solving and student mentoring abilities.
• Technical Skills (Mandatory):Zoom & Google Meet (Live Class Handling)
• OneNote or similar Digital Whiteboard Software
• OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) – Basic to Advanced usage
• MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Minimum Qualification:
• Graduate in any of the following:

• B.Com
• BBA
• MBA

(Post-graduation and prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.)

• Experience: Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may apply.
• Prior experience in teaching Commerce, Management, or Competitive Exams will be preferred.
