Instruction and Course Delivery

• Teach and Instruct: Conduct engaging and effective classes, workshops, and training sessions for various proficiency levels in Microsoft Excel and Advanced Excel.
• Fundamental Concepts: Cover core Excel functionalities, including data entry, formatting, basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and chart creation.
• Advanced Topics: Instruct on advanced features such as:
• Complex Formulas & Functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, PivotTables, Array Formulas, Conditional Formatting.
• Data Analysis Tools: Goal Seek, Scenario Manager, Data Tables, and Solver.
• Automation: Introduction to Macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for task automation.
• Data Management: Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling (where applicable).
• Data Visualization: Creating dynamic and professional charts, dashboards, and reports.
• Practical Application: Emphasize hands-on exercises and real-world case studies to ensure practical skill development.

2. Curriculum and Material Development

• Develop Content: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practical assignments.
• Assessment: Design and administer effective assessments (quizzes, projects, exams) to evaluate student competency and progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Excel features, updates, and best practices, integrating relevant changes into the curriculum.

3. Student Support and Administration

• Mentorship: Provide timely feedback, guidance, and one-on-one support to students to help them master complex concepts and troubleshoot issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and course performance.
• Technical Assistance: Assist students with basic computer and software troubleshooting related to the coursework.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
• Demonstrable expertise in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.

Technical Skills (Expert Level Required)

• Microsoft Excel: Mastery of all core and advanced functions, formulas, and features.
• VBA/Macros: Strong ability to write, debug, and implement basic to intermediate VBA scripts for task automation.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, validation, and advanced reporting techniques.
• Other Software: Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
