Family Care Manager

Support to parents:

• Assisting them with scheduling doctor's appointments / lab tests, etc. as needed
• Helping fulfill prescriptions
• Keeping their medical reports updated
• Checking in on them through home visits
• Any additional supportive health-related assistance required by parents
• Accompany parent to the hospital / doctor whenever required
• Assist with admission / discharge process as required
• Handling emergencies
• Wellbeing calls 2x per week

Support to NRIs:

• Keep the children up to date on their parent's health status
• Handle the application (keep the parent's profile and documents updated)
• Keep communication ongoing

Important: Someone in this role will be highly empathetic, kind, caring and patient towards both the parent and the NRI. They will need to enjoy working with and dealing with people and all the good and bad that comes with it.
