Fashion Designer (Entry-Level) – Designer Blouses & Indian Fusion Wear

About the Role:

We are a boutique shop and online store specializing in designer blouses, kurtis, designer sarees, wedding blouses and accessories and Indo -western fusion outfits. 

We are looking for an energetic and creative entry level designer to who enjoys hands-on work and keen on learning directly with artisans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing custom blouses, designer sarees, kurtis, and fusion dresses.

Create sketches and design ideas based on the trends.

Work closely with tailors and provide guidance and instructions to them.

Help select fabrics, colors, and embroidery details.

Coordinate with tailors and karigars and follow up.

Manage production schedule.

Quality control of all products to ensure proper manufacturing quality.

Ideal Candidate:

Fashion design graduate or diploma holder

Strong interest in designing ethnic & Indo-western fusion wear

Basic knowledge of measurements, fits, and fabrics

Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn 

Knowlwdge and understanding of modern trends in fashion design.

Support catalog styling and photoshoot coordination

Understanding of online fashion trends and customer preferences

Basic knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop

Organized and deadline-focused.
