- Key Responsibilities:Installation and activation of Airtel Broadband/Fiber/DTH services
- Attending customer complaints and resolving technical issues
- Handling shifting, re-installation, and service requests
- Ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction
- Achieving daily service and productivity targets
- Maintaining proper service reports and updates
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Technical preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Bike and valid driving license mandatory
- Basic knowledge of wiring and networking preferred
- Good communication skills
