Job Description
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Visit customers/borrowers as per assigned area for payment collection
- Collect overdue payments (cash / digital) and provide proper receipts
- Follow up on pending EMIs, loans, or outstanding invoices
- Explain repayment schedules, penalties, and settlement options to customers
- Maintain daily reports of visits, collections, and pending cases
- Handle customer queries and escalate critical issues to management
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly collection targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and updates
- 🔹 Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: (Graduate preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in collection / recovery / field work
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- 🔹 Required Skills:Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of finance / loan recovery
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Integrity and professional behavior
