 *Role* : Field Officer – Collection

 *Work Type* : Field work / Customer visits

💰 *Salary (CTC):* 

₹19,500/- per month + GST

Qualification- Graduation

• Salary as per state minimum wages.

•Revised whenever minimum wages  change.

•Higher wages applicable for locations like New Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar.

🎯 *Incentive:* 

Performance-based (as per BU criteria)

 *Allowances:* 

•Travelling Allowance: ₹100 per customer visit (Max ₹10,000/month).

• Mobile Allowance: ₹500/month.

• Special Pay: ₹1,000/month (for DRA certified candidates).

🧾 *Responsibilities:* 

 • Customer field visits.

 • Collection & Follow-ups target   achievement.

• Proper reporting & compliance

 *Candidate Profile:* 

• Field collection experience preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• DRA certification preferred (not mandatory).
