Position Title: Moto Driver Recruitment Associate

Location: Field-based (Kolkata)

Job Overview:Are you passionate about helping individuals access new income opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive Moto Driver Recruitment Associate to engage and onboard bike/motorcycle riders who are registered with Uber but haven’t yet completed their first trip. You’ll play a key role in guiding these riders through the final onboarding steps, motivating them to take their first ride, and ensuring a smooth activation process.

• Key Responsibilities:Driver Identification & Outreach:Identify registered Uber Moto riders in Kolkata who haven’t started riding yet.
• Reach out to them via calls, messages, or in-person visits to explain the benefits of completing the onboarding process and driving with Uber.
• Driver Engagement & Onboarding:Assist riders in completing all required steps from registration to full activation on the Uber Moto platform.
• Provide clear and helpful guidance, resolving doubts and ensuring they’re fully equipped to go live.
• Encouragement & Activation:Monitor rider progress to ensure they take their first trip as soon as possible.
• Provide support and encouragement to help overcome any hesitation or obstacles.
• Qualifications & Skills:Must be comfortable with field work across various areas of Kolkata.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and explain clearly.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Prior experience as a field executive or sales associate is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with the Uber platform or similar tech-enabled services is a plus.
• Minimum education: 12th pass or diploma.
• Experience:Prior experience in field sales, rider/driver onboarding, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Working Conditions:Field-based role with direct engagement in different localities across Kolkata.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet onboarding and activation targets.
• Must be willing to travel within the city and be proactive in identifying new recruitment opportunities.
