Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-field verification of life insurance customers.

Perform background, profile, and document verification.

Interact with customers, family members, neighbours, and local authorities for fact-finding.

Capture accurate details, photographs, and statements as required.

Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigation reports.

Maintain transparency, integrity, and authenticity in all cases.
