Job Summary:
The Field Manager at AI-Recovery & High Value Services is responsible for leading and managing field operations, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The role involves supervising field executives, monitoring daily activities, resolving client issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The Field Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth through effective leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Partner Acquisition
- Conduct daily field visits to identify, approach, and onboard new clients and channel partners.
- Explore business opportunities in banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, hospitals, offices, and other relevant sectors.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate potential leads through market visits and establish long-term business relationships.
- Contribute to business growth by achieving assigned targets for client acquisition and case generation.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continued engagement.
Documentation & Data Handling
- Collect, verify, and submit client forms and documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client and financial information.
Reporting & Coordination
- Provide timely updates and reports to the management team on daily activities and progress.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams for case updates and client requirements.
Field Mobility & Compliance
- Travel across assigned areas as required for client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and professional conduct in all field operations.
Performance & Growth
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent performance.
- Demonstrate discipline, loyalty, and commitment toward achieving both personal and organizational goals.
Working
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
