We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive for field-based work. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our diagnostic services, building strong relationships with doctors and clinics, and increasing patient referrals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing & Promotion

- Visit clinics, hospitals, and doctors to promote diagnostic services

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships

- Generate patient referrals and expand network

2. Business Development

- Identify new areas and opportunities for growth

- Execute marketing strategies to increase patient flow

- Represent the clinic in a professional and positive manner

3. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with internal team for smooth patient service

- Maintain daily visit reports and performance updates

- Provide feedback from the field to improve services

🔹 Candidate Requirements

- Male candidate preferred (due to field work nature)

- Must know how to ride a bike (mandatory)

- Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & basic English)

- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality

- Prior experience in marketing/healthcare field preferred

💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience) + performance based incentives
