Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking a passionate and responsible individual to join our fundraising team. The Field Fundraiser will represent our organization in different communities, public places, and institutions to raise awareness about our projects and collect donations that support our ongoing social and animal welfare programs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Visit residential areas, public spaces, corporate offices, and events to raise funds and awareness for the NGO’s projects.
• Engage with potential donors and clearly explain the organization’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact.
• Collect both cash and digital donations (via UPI, QR code, or receipt book) responsibly and maintain proper records.
• Build relationships with community members, shop owners, and institutions for long-term donor engagement.
• Submit daily reports on collected donations, donor details, and field activities to the supervisor.
• Distribute brochures, leaflets, and promotional materials of the NGO during visits.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values at all times.
• Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and public interaction.
• Honest, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of using digital payment apps.
• Prior experience in NGO fundraising, marketing, or sales will be an advantage.
