Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for energetic and motivated On-Field Marketing Executives to promote our brand and products in Kolkata as well as other cities. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, building relationships, and ensuring successful conversions. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and should possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits within Kolkata and outside (nearby cities/states) for client acquisition and product promotion.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Distribute marketing materials, participate in exhibitions/events, and set up product demos when required.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collect market insights and competitor data to share with the management team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or client servicing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (in and outside Kolkata).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools for reporting.
• Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (not mandatory if experienced).
• Experience in Gifting, or B2C marketing is an added advantage.
• Local market knowledge of Kolkata and other cities.
