Designation: Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct fieldwork as per company requirements.

Ensure smooth interaction with clients and customers in the assigned region.

Report daily activities and provide timely feedback to the team.

Ensure completion of all assigned tasks within deadlines.

Represent the company professionally in all field interactions.

Onboard drivers working in Commercial Cabs, Bikes, or E-Rickshaw/Toto onto the Rapido platform.

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during field assignments.

Key Requirements

Gender: Male candidates preferred.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Languages: Must be proficient in Bengali & Hindi.

Shift: Flexible (must be comfortable working in any shift).

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Take-Home Salary: ₹15,000/- per month+₹1500 (TA)

Attendance Bonus available

Incentives: Performance-based additional incentives
