GLAM – Greenteck Logistics & Mobility Pvt Ltd is expanding its field recruitment team, and we’re looking for energetic Field Recruiters with experience in rider onboarding & bulk hiring.
📍 Location: Field-based (City Operations)
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in field recruitment
🚴 Domain: Logistics / E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Gig Economy
🔍 Role Highlights:
- Lead and manage a team of riders
- Execute bulk hiring & onboarding of delivery riders
- Field visits, recruitment drives, walk-ins & referrals
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding, activation & documentation
- Coordinate with Operations for rider deployment
- Drive targets, productivity & early rider retention
