Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates through field visits, references, local contacts, and job portals.

Conduct initial screening and basic interviews.

Explain job roles, salary structure, and company policies clearly to candidates.

Coordinate with the HR team for interview scheduling and joining.

Maintain daily recruitment tracker and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.

Assist in document collection and onboarding process.

Conduct campus drives, market hiring & area recruitment activities if required.

Build strong relationships with local vendors, consultants, and candidates.

• Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: 10+2 or Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: 0–3 years in field recruitment / sales / field operations
• Language: Local language + Hindi (English is a plus)
• Skills Required:
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Target-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Smart phone is mandatory
• Gender: Open (Male preferred for field mobility)
