 Graduate Or Post Graduate With Experience In Direct Sales/Business Development

· Must Have A Two Wheeler

· Must Be Ready To Work On Weekends (Comp Off Will Be Provided Between Monday-Friday)

· Must Be Fluent In Local Language Along With Hindi

· Should Be Ready For Extensive Field Work (7-8 Hours Every Day)

JD for DMG: DMG Executive need to go to any Corporate company having more or equal to 40 employees. Meet HR or decision maker, to take permission & conduct medical Camp in their premises. Upselling VDC Packages. Team (Technical) of 3-4 will be doing BMI/BMD followed by Counselling. Once Lead is generated, corporate employee from VDC will go and speak to corporate HR to align MOU so that those corporate employees will cross check with VDC in future if there is any illness that is faced by them. In weekends, DMGs going to Parks, high raised apartments, Societies, communities to conduct camps and generate leads.
