M/s Imperial biotech Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer in the blood banking equipment industry , serving hospitals ,blood banks and laboratories across India .

We are looking for a sales professional to manage our operation across-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generating Leads & Prospecting Actively identify potential customers within the assigned territory through market visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects by continuously exploring new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer demographics and buying behavior to target high-potential accounts.

2. Conducting Client Meetings & Product Presentations Visit hospitals, laboratories, blood banks, and distributors (for medical/healthcare equipment companies) to explain product features and advantages.

  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations, ensuring that technical and commercial points are clearly understood by decision-makers.
  • Build trust by addressing doubts, objections, and operational questions with confidence.

3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation Present competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

  • Work closely with customers to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
  • Ensure all documentation—purchase orders, agreements, and compliance forms—is accurately completed.

4. Territory Management & Market Intelligence Maintain an organized route plan to cover all assigned locations efficiently.

  • Collect insights on competitor products, pricing, and market strategies.
  • Share timely feedback with management to enhance product positioning and sales strategy.

5. Relationship Building & Customer Support Build strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Ensure post-sales support by coordinating with service teams for installation, training, and technical assistance.
  • Regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Candidates Profiles

Education-Graduate

Experience - 6 month - 1 year ( Experience in medical device or related industries would be an advantage )
